Cashback Questions

What is cashback? +

Cashback is a reward you receive after completing eligible purchases. A portion of the commission earned from merchants is shared with you.

Why is my cashback showing as Pending? +

It means your transaction is tracked, but merchant validation is in progress. Pending cashback is not guaranteed until confirmed.

How long does cashback take to confirm? +

Timelines vary by merchant (typically 30–90 days, sometimes up to 180 days).

Why was my cashback rejected? +

Common reasons: Order cancellation, product return, payment failure, or use of unauthorized coupon codes.

Can cashback amounts change? +

Yes. Merchants may adjust or verify amounts during the validation process.

Missing Cashback

What should I do if cashback does not track? +

Submit a Missing Cashback Claim with your Merchant Name, Order ID, Purchase Date, and Order Amount.

How long do investigations take? +

Investigations typically take 30–180 days depending on the merchant.

Is cashback guaranteed after filing a claim? +

No. Approval depends entirely on the merchant and affiliate network validation.

Withdrawals & KYC

What is the minimum withdrawal? +

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹250 Confirmed Cashback.

How can I withdraw? +

Currently, we support UPI and Bank Transfers.

How long do withdrawals take? +

Processed within 3–7 working days.

Is KYC mandatory? +

Yes, KYC (PAN & [Identity Proof Redacted]) is required before your first withdrawal to ensure account security.

Refer & Earn

How does Refer & Earn work? +

Invite friends! You earn a reward once the new user completes their first eligible, confirmed transaction.

What is the referral reward? +

₹100 per successful referral, subject to terms.

Can I refer myself or create multiple accounts? +

No. Self-referrals and multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will lead to suspension.
