1. About Dealswaala

Dealswaala is a cashback, coupons, rewards, and affiliate marketing platform. It is owned and operated by Naveads Private Limited, Rohini, Delhi.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You must not have previously been suspended or terminated by Dealswaala.

3. User Accounts & Security

One Person – One Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per individual. Creating multiple accounts using different emails, phone numbers, or identities will result in suspension and forfeiture of all rewards.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Cashback Program

Cashback is tracked via affiliate networks. Please note:

• Pending: An estimate, not guaranteed, subject to merchant validation.
• Confirmed: Credited only after merchant approval and return period completion (7–180 days).
• Exclusions: No cashback on cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders.

5. Missing Cashback Claims

If a transaction fails to track, you may submit a claim within 30 days of purchase. Approval depends solely on the merchant and affiliate network validation. Our decision in such matters is final.

6. Refer & Earn Program

You earn ₹100 per successful referral. Self-referrals and creating fake accounts are strictly prohibited. Any abuse will lead to account suspension and reversal of all referral earnings.

7. Withdrawals & KYC

• Min. Withdrawal: ₹250 Confirmed Cashback.
• Methods: UPI or Bank Transfer.
• Processing: 3–7 working days.
• KYC: Mandatory verification (PAN/Aadhaar) is required before the first withdrawal.

8. Fraud Prevention & Termination

Dealswaala monitors accounts using device fingerprinting and IP analysis. We reserve the right to suspend accounts, reverse cashback, or terminate access without prior notice if fraudulent activity or policy violations are detected.

9. Merchant Disclaimer

Dealswaala acts only as an affiliate platform. We do not sell products. All disputes regarding product quality, shipping, or refunds must be resolved directly with the merchant.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the courts of Delhi, India.
